At Bell River Beef, we produce high-eating-quality, pasture-fed Angus beef raised on the fertile pastures of Bell River Farm in Central West NSW. Our cattle roam diverse, nutrient-rich pastures made up of clover, rye, native grasses, and seasonal forage crops like barley, wheat, and lucerne. This natural variety, combined with our careful finishing practices, results in beef renowned for its tenderness, marbling, and flavour.
Our cattle come from the best possible genetic lines to maximise the quality of the animals which are raised with care, before being supplied directly to a network of trusted retailers, chefs, and culinary experts across the Sydney basin. From the way we manage our pastures to our innovative hemp-fed program, every decision we make is designed to deliver exceptional quality and a better eating experience — straight from our pastures to your plate.

What sets Bell River Beef apart is our innovative hemp-fed program. At the heart of our approach is a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and animal welfare. By supplementing our free-grazed Angus cattle with hemp meal (a high-protein by-product of hemp oil production) we reduce waste and create a more environmentally conscious feed solution.
